is a 60 oz. heavy duty poly/nylon reinforced with a woven
core center. The fabric has the following characteristics: Anti-Bacterial,
Anti-Fungal, Rip Resistant, Water Proof, UV Resistant, Washable, Rot & Mildew
Resistant. Withstands temperature ranging from -40 degrees F to +200 degrees F.
Each fabric panel is seamless and fabricated without splices or joints. The
fabric material is available in many popular colors such as Brown, Blue, Black,

| Aluminum Guide Tracks - Made of extruded aluminum alloy 6005-T5, heat treated, mill finished, conforming to ASTM standards.Low profile, light weight construction reduces the possibilty of potential damage caused by an accidental impact. There are no springs, rollers or pulleys inside the guide tracks to reduce panel friction and nylon brush weather seals are installed to seal against panel material to reduce air infiltration. | Built in "Wind Bars" - Built in wind bars provide excellent wind resistance. These bars are designed to decrease deflection of the fabric under positive or negative wind loads making it perfect for both interior and exterior applications. Extruded aluminum alloy wind bars are precisely contoured to fit the top roller, which minimizes the wear at the contact points. | Bottom Bar With "Break Away" Feature: - The low profile bottom bar is made of structural quality steel or extruded aluminum alloy tube. The bottom bar is fitted with a safety edge that reverses the door upon contact to a fully open position. This also serves as a weather seal at the bottom of the door. "Break-Away" tabs located at the sides of the bottom bar release it in either direction without damage to the door and allow it to swing free from the side guide tracks upon accidental impact. The system can be reset within a few seconds by unbolting the removable keeper and placing the fabric in its normal operating position. Once the fabric has been reset the removable keeper can then be reinstalled. | Direct Drive Systems - This low profile, compact and maintenance free drive system is designed exclusively for the U.S. Jet Door Model 2004 C. consists of a totally enclosed NEMA design, single speed, single phase or 3-phase electric motor with heavy duty brake. The reducer is a high efficiency helical bevel right angle type. It is fitted with a precision carbonized hardened spiral bevel and crowned helical gearing, double lip spring loaded seals and high capacity ball and tapered bearings. The reducer is filled with a special lubricant for long life. The direct drive system is designed to open and close the door at 3.25 feet per second (195 ft/min). There is little required maintenance and no messy chains, belts or couplings in the drive system. The motor and all electrical components are pre-wire at the factory and connected to a compact drive system mounted NEMA-12 control panel. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Vision Panel - Made of clear PVC material and UV protected. It is
transparent, flexible and withstands temp down to -40 degrees Fahrenheit.
It extends the full width of the door. This allows a complete view of
objects or people approaching the door from either side.
Electrical Control Panel - The U.S. Jet Door Model 2004 C is operated by a solid state printed circuit logic control board housed inside a NEMA-12 rated enclosure with factory set parameters. LED diagnostics simplify installation and troubleshooting. Additional control features can be installed by simply plugging the optional boards into the main control board. |
